Corporate Culture
Values are just words on the wall unless they are put into concrete practice. The following four points correspond to measures we have actually implemented.
Quality First
Every value in the quality certificate must come from the inspection records of that shipment. We would rather decline an inquiry than issue a certificate that does not match the goods.
Keep Contracts
Delivery commitments are based on capacity and vessel schedule. Feasible delivery times are verified before production planning; after commitment, the schedule is tracked through to loading.
Share Responsibility with Customers
In the early stage of a project, we help with material selection and standard clarification and identify potential problem areas before the quotation is submitted.
Long-Term Orientation
Export business thrives on repeat purchases, not one-off deals. Customers' technical requirements improve our production and document management.
Four Points Anchored in the Process
| Values | Concrete Application | Verifiable Method |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Material certificates drawn directly from the inspection records of this batch, no template requests | Request original inspection records for each batch |
| Fulfill Contracts | Set delivery date based on Makubar settlement, track from commitment to delivery | Compare contract date with delivery time |
| Share Risks Together | Clarify potential problem areas (standard deviations, tolerances, packaging) before quotation | Risk notes in the quotation |
| Long-Term Orientation | Customer requirements feed into the product and document improvement list | Check whether improvements from the last complaint have been implemented |
